"The physiotherapist has been consistently fantastic"

I had finally been referred to a physiotherapist after experiencing knee pain for about a year. I still did not have a diagnosis. The waiting list was not as long as I'd expected.

The physiotherapist (Ruth) has been consistently fantastic - she was able to diagnose my condition and explain it to me. I also have sciatica and mental health problems and she has effortlessly adapted exercises that my sciatica causes problem with. When I missed an appointment during a patch of particularly bad mental health, she did not discharge me as is the standard for anyone who doesn't attend. She knew I must have got confused.
