I found this practice very unacceptable contacting the receptionist to make an appointment is very hard to see a doctor plus with a poorly mother with life-threatening situation that can cure it’s hard to make an appointment to come and see her every time she needs a doctor. She’s in and out of hospital constantly that the hospital even told us that the doctors need to follow you up constantly. I found this very hard with this practice. Many thanks.
