Recently I attended the in medical day case unit the Ulster hospital for a biopsy on my kidney. I was very nervous about this procedure.
On arrival I was warmly welcomed by the nurses on the ward. I was made to feel comfortable and was attended with great care and attention.
Throughout the day then nurses where absolutely great and very professional. I was put a ease by the attention to detail in everything they done.
I can't thank them enough for all they done.
