My comment will only be about the reception, as I didn't have the opportunity to be seen. I'm new to the area and it was my first time going to the GP. I went to the other GP in the area by mistake, and then ended up arriving at the right GP 8 minutes late. I understand that I couldn't be seen because I was late, but what upset me was the way the receptionist was so unhelpful in the way she spoke to me and dealt with the situation. It's not the kind of service you expect when you're ill and running to get to your appointment only to be turned away. A more polite and kind way of speaking would be ideal
