I suffered heart attack(s) the week prior to Christmas eve. I had 2 stents put in over Christmas.
Raising, Anne, and Ruth have been a great help organising and running the rehab classes, and also the rehab fitness at Ballyearl.
The classes have been very informative and have been very useful in learning what happened to me and how to help going forward.
Thank you ladies!!
