"They were so thoughtful, caring and kind"

Prior to my appointment, I was very worried, scared and apprehensive. On arrival I was booked in with a very friendly Nurse (Consultant). 

In the consulting room, the lady (sorry I couldn't remember her name) was really kind & caring and explained everything regarding the procedures that were going to take place.

Once in the examination room all the Nurses were very friendly and kind. Stephanie, Debbie and Clare, I felt so much better. They talked me through everything that was happening and I felt great support from them, they were so thoughtful, caring and kind. Once the procedures had finished, they continued to be kind and caring, making sure I felt alright and was ready to stand up.

Had I known all of this prior to my appointment, I certainly would not have been so scared. 

I would like to thank them all again, to make a scary appointment a pleasant one.
