(as a service user),

Went for an echocardiogram with Paul from Dept of medical cardiology, University Hospital Hairmyres.

Paul was very reassuring and friendly which made the process very easy and a good experience. 

A Sunday afternoon appointment also meant lots of parking was available which was convenient.
