I appreciate all surgeries are struggling at the moment, but despite how busy they are, any dealings I have had with the Surgery have been excellent. It has taken a little while to get my appointments sorted (mainly as the website was unavailable), but I have 3 appointments now. My first appointment was for a blood test and the lovely phlebotomist carried this out painlessly, as usual! I have no complaints with anyone.
