"Birth Conversation Clinic"

Recently, myself and my husband met with the wonderful Jackie. We went to this appointment with apprehension as was unsure of what to expect. From the minute the door opened Jackie was warm, friendly and welcoming.

During the appointment she made both myself and my husband feel supported, listened to and empowered. Hats off to Jackie because I can imagine that is a difficult job to do and she does it so effortlessly that I honestly could have spoken with her all day. The appointment was taken completely at our pace and all questions were answered openly, honestly and with care. Navigating birth with past trauma can be really hard and I wished I’d spoke with her years ago. After just an hours appointment today I can’t tell you the difference this has made to the apprehension and anxiousness I held about my upcoming labour.
