"Booking and attending an appointment"

I’ve heard such bad reviews in the media about the new triage process when applying for a Doctor’s appointment, and was surprised at how easy it was to book. A quick form to fill on the surgery’s website, within 20 mins I had a face to face appointment scheduled for this afternoon. During the appointment my concerns were taken seriously, tests taken and a referral made. It couldn’t have been a more simple and straightforward process. Also a big shout out to the reception staff, who was welcoming, apologetic for my appointment that was running a little late, and I could see how she had to deal with some tricky patients, which she did with professionalism. I would definitely recommend this surgery.
