"Lack of care"

Iv been with dorthany pattsions for about 10yrs now. I have found the service they have provided over the years has got worse. When you need to speak to your dr you get put through to there secarety. I am going through a hard time at the moment and to be told my appointment is in September and there's nothing that can be done. It will be a year since 1 last saw them around September 2024. I'm struggling as it is waiting a year for appointment is no where good enough. Sorry but it's lack of care. Iv been waiting for a week to have a phone call with my Dr and nothing as of yet. I beyond disappointed with the service and my Dr especially. All she done is give me pills without tackling my problems. When I do finally get in touch with Dr I will be requesting to be removed from this service as I don't feel cared and valued.
