My family and I don’t need to visit the GP often, but when we do, we always have a great experience with Inspire Health in Chesterfield.

While you often hear negative stories about people struggling to get appointments or facing challenges—especially around menopause care—I wanted to share a positive experience. I know friends who’ve had a tough time getting proper diagnosis and support, but my experience was quite the opposite.

This review is specifically about the outstanding care I received from a lady Dr (the review won’t let me leave her name). From my very first appointment, she was incredibly supportive. She truly listened, offered fantastic advice, and prescribed exactly what I needed to help manage my perimenopause symptoms.

Over the last few months, my quality of life has improved significantly—my relationships, work, fitness, and overall health are all in a much better place.
