"My knee"

About: Nightingale Hospital Exeter / South West Ambulatory Orthopaedic Centre

(as the patient),

My visit to Nightingale was a very pleasant one. All smiles & helpful, not once did I frown.

Whilst waiting to go down 4 op, everybody on Daisy ward were spot on, top of their jobs. Well done you. From the nurses to Dr, surgeons, consultants and cleaners.

My first time at Nightingale. Can't wait for my next visit!!!!.

My favourites were the nurses on Daisy, especially Rachel, she stole my heart after my op, she fed me x. It's true what they say: first impressions count.

Dear capellact56,

I am one of the managers at the Nightingale. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and thank you that it is such wonderful feedback! I will be so happy to pass this on to the whole team. It is great to hear that you had a good experience with everyone you encountered. I am pleased that we made a good first impression and that it lasted for your entire stay with us.

Best wishes

Helen Bowmer
