About: The Highlands Practice

I had to see the GP. I am being referred to 2 separate hospital departments, I asked for copies of the letters. Naturally, I have not received them. I also needed a special test of my kidneys and had to get a sample jar and special form. It was a wasted journey because the GP had not bothered to upload the form for the receptionist to print off and preferred that I had a wasted journey to bothering the GP to do the form.

This practice has a well earned local reputation for being totally shameless about how shambolic it is

This is not the level of service we pride ourselves on delivering for our patients.
