(as a relative),

My Father had a motorbike accident and the care and communication from everyone was amazing when I know how busy an acute hospital can be. 

The care from Receptionist, Paramedics, Doctor's and all Nursing Staff was just great. All very friendly and informative. 

As I work in NHS I was so proud to be part of NHS with the great care shown to my Dad in A&E

Thank-you very much for taking the time to feedback about your fathers 'recent care experience -aspects of which involved the A&E department. I will share your positive comments with the wider Emergency Department team which I'm sure will give them a real boost. I hope your Dad is recovering well.
