When requesting a 2 month supply due to holidays abroad on several ( all) occasions the prescription is never correct and only one month supplied
I queue up for an hour at the pharmacy only to find that no one has read the comment box in the repeat prescription app.
This is despite having discussed this with the surgery 2 days earlier
If I miss my appointment then I am made to wait for a new one
There is no come back for poor service by the doctors
