"Excellent care"

I was very nervous about having my cataract removed at the Swansea facility. As it transpired, there was no need for my anxiety. As we walked through the door, we were met by a smiling member of staff who immediately asked us if we would like coffee/tea and biscuits. From then on, all the staff were extremely friendly and explained every step of the procedure (I had already been given a very informative leaflet at the pre op assessment.) The facility was spotlessly clean and the surgeon was excellent. I couldn't believe how quickly the actual procedure was completed. I need another cataract removal in the not too distant future and only hope and pray I will be asked to return to Spamedica. My thanks to all the staff there.
