"They talked to him with care and respect"

About: Children & Young People Physical Health / Rotherham Children's Neuro Development Service

(as a parent/guardian),

We attended on time and my son was seen by the ADHD nurse and a student. They talked to him with care and respect throughout.

He was weighed, measured and his blood pressure and pulse were taken. It was decided that his current medication is working well and so no changes were made.

We both felt at ease during the appointment.

Good Morning ChrystalA,

My name is Caroline and I am the team manager for the Rotherham & N.lincs Neurodevelopmental teams.

I am glad to hear that both you and your son felt at ease with the nurse and student who looked after you both and that he had a thorough medication review whilst being treated respectfully and with care as we would want our patients to be.

I will make sure that both the team, their manager and the student involved have your feedback shared with them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Kind Regards

Caroline
