I arrived at the pre-assessment clinic with my husband, we were struck by how pleasant and helpful everyone was.
We were seen promptly at our allotted time , by Linda who greeted us with a warm smile, putting us at our ease.
The assessment was carried out very professionally, and at every stage I was asked if I had any questions.
A big thank you to Linda and everyone involved.
