Called 10th April to ask for prescriptions for my husband as not showing on app due to medical review and blood test ,called them spoke to receptionist explained that my husband had got serious illness and had not got time to get blood test done and when he has there are never any left ,but had lots of blood tests done at QE and due to have very big operation done in the coming weeks ,the receptionist was very caring she told me she had reauthorised all his prescriptions and they would be ready in a few days ,when he went to collect them from the chemist they had only given him 1 weeks supply of his statins and his blood pressure tablets, the receptionist also said that because he has had so many blood tests they should be OK for his medication request, I was not told that he was only being given 1 weeks supply now I have got to go through it all again and explain everything ,why should I have to keep doing this as I suffer with my mental health I'm disabled and I'm worrying about my husbands health and the next few weeks are going to have a major impact on me and my family, why is it they can never get it right in the first place
