"Stratford village surgery worse than before "

Reception members should be changed. They talk each other but not care patients are waiting.

Doctor visits 4/5 minutes, I requested 2 items, she says I'm sending in your in pharmacy but I go there only 1 item. As we know how difficult to reach them..
