"Caring and pleasant manner"

About: Urgent Community Response / Mid Notts Urgent Community Response Team

(as a relative),

My mum fell on the floor recently. Ali was called by the monitoring service after mum used her call button.

Ali responded and gave her a thorough check over and noticed an irregular heartbeat and pain to her hip. She was very thorough and very pleasant. She then stayed to help us to the car for our trip to A&E.

She went through some forms and advice about bed sores.

Alis caring and pleasant manner made a traumatic experience more bearable.
