"Bickerstaff Unit. The staff are fabulous!"

I have just returned from my appointment at the Bickerstaff endoscopy unit at PRH Telford. I was anxious about the appointment and arrived nervously. The staff there, from the receptionist to the Nurses, Sisters and the Doctor are fabulous! They were incredibly efficient, friendly and it was nice to have a joke or two with the staff ( especially one of the Sisters who put me at easy and made me chuckle). To the Managers and executives of this hospital; you have extremely professional, friendly and able people who work for you and the public. They are respectful to their patients and ensure their dignity. They deserve a medal in my opinion! I could not have been more impressed or thankful to those wonderful people for the professionalism they provided. Thanks to all at the Bickerstaff Unit.
