"Self harm and blood donation"

I last self harmed 7 years ago, and have since donated blood 13 times. I decided that after 15 donations I should swap arms.
The arm I have donated with up until now has no scars. The other arm has one quite obvious scar which as I said is 7 years old.
Should they say anything? I don't want to be made to feel bad about something I did when I was 15,

Firstly thank you for being a blood donor, its great that you are supporting us in this way.
Having a scar on your arm should not cause any problems for most people donating and as your scars are old and well healed you should be ok. That said I cant advise on your specific scars, so if you would like to ring our helpline so that you can discuss your concern in more detail with our staff I am sure they would be able to provide you with more specific help and advice.
