I feel that the healthcare staff, receptionist & nurses are very polite, helpful, professional and do a great job with the resources they have. Also the Doctors that are employed are currently employed are very good and I personally haven't had any problems.

The negative is that on some occasions I have to wait a long period of time to see the Doctor.

I will pass this information through to the staff.

We are aware that the waiting lists are longer than we would like and we are in the process of working towards a new procedure to try and tackle this. Hopefully in the near future you will see some improvements with regards to this and we will keep you updated.
