"GP walk in X ray"

I was asked to attend the walk in clinic for an xray. The initial reception in the department was very efficient and provided clear directions as to where I should go. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted in a very warm reassuring manner by a member of staff. Who provided me with clear instructions in a caring supportive way. I then went into the zapping room to meet another member of staff who continued in the same supportive reassuring way whilst acquiring information and instructing me on what to do. I came away extremely impressed and not at all intimidated by what had happened. Thank you two, you are great ambassadors for your hospital.
