"Raedwald Day Unit"

We visited the unit on Friday as our 8 year old had to have a tooth removed under a general anaesthetic. From beginning to end it was such a good experience. The unit is lovely - clean and bright, very well equiped and comfortable. The staff are the real stars though as they were all so lovely and professional and welcoming. We were understandably nervous about the whole thing but they were incredibly reassuring and everything was explained in a way that our daughter understood and was comfortable with. I can't praise them highly enough - special thanks to our nurse who guided us through the whole thing and to quote our daughter 'was really nice and funny!'
