"Valuable experience of Lavender ward "

About: Acute and urgent care / Inpatient wards

(as the patient),

I was on Lavender ward for only 10 hours, but during this time I was treated with dignity, patience and care by both medical, nursing and administrative members of staff.

During this time I spoke and listened to fellow-patients, and was offered a high standard of refreshments and food.

Now recovered, I feel this was a valuable experience.
