After an American football injury, I initially went to Frenchay A&E in Bristol but after I wasn't overly pleased with their bedside manor. I left & went to the closest hospital with a walk in centre (Chippenham). My details were taken & I had a brief chat with a nurse. I then had to wait to be seen... 10 mins later I was in with a great nurse, having a chat about what I'd done etc. She was extremely professional, funny & made the process of stitching my wound back together not one to be feared. I cannot commend the staff at the MIC today enough. Many thanks!
