"Great response for my mother"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / General surgery South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

My mother was taken ill with severe stomach pains. This was at 5pm and 2 paramedics were there within a few minutes. They then took her to Bournemouth Hospital. I can't thank them enough for their very prompt and welcome support.

Dear Daughter49

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients, and their families, when they need us most.

I would like to be able to pass your thanks onto the staff who came to your mothers aid. In order to do this I will need to know the date and address that the ambulance attended. Could I ask you to contact me, at your convenience, at laura.martin@swast.nhs.uk?

Kind regards

Laura
