The consultant and his team provided excellent treatment, support, care, to me from early January 2014 when lymphatic cancer was diagnosed and treatment plan outlined. The treatment went well and the team delivered professional, and supportive care. In receiving chemotherapy on three occasions it was necessary to be admitted for infection. All of the above three departments gave very supportive care and whilst I had to spend some days in hospital, I found consultants, doctors and the nursing staff very attentive. During my short hospital stays I was able to see how the whole team bonded together to deliver a first class service. Also I observed the very high standard of hygiene by all the staff including catering and domestic. In closing, I would have no hesitation in recommending these departments to family and friends, if a similar situation arose with them. It is not an experience one desires but throughout the treatment I knew I was in very safe hands.
