There was a difficulty in making appointments. I would ring and the phone was engaged. Then ring again but no reply.

We do apologise for the difficulty in making the appointments. Our aim is to respond to all telephone calls within 30 seconds. The call centre receives 3000 - 5000 phone calls per week and we apologise on this occasion that you found difficulty in contacting us.

On average 85% of our patients telephone calls are answered within the agreed time frame.
