What a nice woman! We've finally been offered some help for my father thanks to the ambulance service putting in a report after he fell. We've been told what we can get and have been given a prescription to get things today! Someone calling this afternoon to raise his chair. Ambulance crew very helpful and Joan was especially nice - not at all patronising as some people are with older people. Finally, we feel we're not on our own and we're getting support.
