"ENT Surgery"

About: East Surrey Hospital

Having been sent to ESH ENT dept by my doctor I was firstly seen by the consultant. I had 2 appointments with him and I was seen very quickly and all the information that he gave was easy to understand. I was then referred to for surgery. On my arrival on surgery day the admissions dept was very calming and put you at ease. The nurses were very attentive to any needs I had. I then went to the theatre and this was again a very calming dept. The consultant was again very attentive to any concerns I had. After my Operation I was on Woodland Ward. The nurses on there were fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble. If a trip to hospital could be classed as enjoyable this was it. Every member of staff I met dealt me with respect, kept clam in times of crisis and were very attentive to anything I needed. I would highly recommend ESH, Woodland Ward and the consultant to anyone.
