"Excellent PALS Team at QE Hospital Gateshead"

I just want to say how grateful I was to a member of staff from the PALS team at the QE Hospital, Gateshead. She was very professional, compassionate and extremely helpful in quickly sorting out an administrative issue with a hospital appointment. She listened carefully and immediately contacted a secretary of a Cystoscopy consultant to find out the latest progress with my urgent referral to the Renal Unit at the Freeman Hospital. After acquiring this information, she then called me back to advise the matter was now being sorted and provided me with the appropriate contact details for the PALS team at the Freeman to establish my new appointment details. She was very kind and efficient. A credit to your organisation. If possible can you please pass on my thanks and gratitude?
