"Excellent Care & Attention in Glasgow Royal Infirmary A&E"

I would like to thank & praise all the staff in A&E at GRI today.

My mother-in-law was unwell at home. We brought her to the A&E department at GRI.

After a short wait she became quite uncomfortable in the waiting area & felt less well.

I spoke to one of the people at the reception. She was extremely helpful & understanding. We can't thank her enough for recognising that my mother-in-law was requiring too be seen & treated.

The triage nurse saw my mother-in-law shortly after this & then the A&E team referred her to the surgical Team.

All investigations & intervention were done very timely in a very professional & caring manner.

My mother-in-law was then admitted to wd 67.
