"Physio assessment at St Helens Hospital"

After a couple of appointments with physios at Lowe House for individual joint problems I asked for an assessment appointment with one of the advanced practitioners.

The assessment was excellent. The practitioner was warm, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I felt listened to and that my joint and soft tissue problems were thoroughly understood.

My own approach to dealing with fibromyalgia (weight loss, dietary supplements, homeopathic remedy and increased exercise) were validated and I was given advice about further action I can take to deal with specific issues. I was delighted to have had a detailed hands on examination and feel that I now understand my body a lot better.
