Margaret and Frankie have looked after us

They communicate with us in ways we can understand and they listen to us.

We can talk to them.

We feel lucky we've had such nice people

They've been very helpful.

thank you for taking the time to tell your story. I am pleased that you feel that Margaret and Frankie have made a difference and that you feel comfortable talking with them and confident that they are listening to you. I will make sure they are made aware of your positive comments.
