Long-term out patient following failed cataract surgery in Sept 2007. Issues in operating theatre not fully dealt with through complaints procedure. Excuses given about surgeon's sickness.Still not fully replied to these issues
Follow up treatment good, but original problem and behaviour of surgeon in theatre still not adequately dealt with.
