I stayed on Sahara B at Queens Romford in February 2014 for 2 operations a week apart. It was a difficult decision to opt for surgery (not least because I have two young children) but I'm v glad I did. The neurosurgeon was really good. He could have answered his phone more - I was really struggling making a decision (I had a choice of less invasive treatment with a chance of another brain hemorrhage or surgery to get rid altogether) think knowing I was struggling over Xmas, he should have taken my call but when it came to me being in hospital he was brilliant. The nurses on Sahara B were excellent and deserve a medal for their patience! Thank you for looking after me.
"avm surgery - thank you"
