It would have been better if there were more cleaners on the ward and if the nurses would answer the patients buzzers when they go off. I was opposite a patient who could not feed herself, did she get help? NO .
It was myself who fed and watered her, it was only when we had almost finished feeding her that a nurse came to take over and the food trolley was coming to collect the trays.
