"Came out of pain clinic with a feeling of hope"

About: Lorn & Islands Hospital / Pain management

(as the patient),

I have a wonderful GP called Michael, I did not think I would ever find another doctor so understanding, with the energy and an analytical brain to help me out of pain and into the future.

I have only had one appointment at the pain clinic but I came out with a feeling of hope which I had really lost over the past two years. Fantastic doctor, he gave me a feeling of hope and understood the pain without me having to go through the usual deep explanations which I dreaded... Many thanks.

Dear Bonny

And what a wonderfully generous response. To have your hope restored in the way you describe must be like a weight taken off your shoulders. I am sorry you have had such a tough time but sounds like you can now look forward to a brighter future.

Thank you so much for your feed-back which I will pass to my colleagues. I am sure one of the local team will also be responding.
