"All staff are exceptional"

About: Mansfield & Ashfield / Oak tree leg ulcer clinic

(as the patient),

Treatment very good, not enough medical staff. Fantastic from Nurses and Reception.

Four rooms one nurse, 2nd Nurse didn't arrive till 13: 15 but could still have another two nurses.

Only upset would be the process to get into the clinic from initial GP visit to first clinic visit can take 6-8 week.

All staff are exceptional.

Thank you for taking time out to send a comment about the service you are receiving. It is always good to hear about the services we provide from our patients.

I appreciate your comments reagrding length of wait access the clinic although the waiting time has reduced and we will comntinue to work on reducing this further.

I apologise for the lateness of the one Nurse, community visits are sometimes unpredicatble and I will monitor this. We are looking at allocating work to rooms not Nurses to make it fairer to staff and for patients so this should reduce waiting times.

Thank You
