"Emergency admission to Ward 7"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

I was admitted through A&E in late October. The doctors and nurses treated me very well explaining everything. I was taken to Ward 7 and the staff could not have been better in providing care and attention. I will be ever grateful to them for the way I was treated. They cared for everyone in the ward and I admire their patience and hard work.

Dear Sir / Madam, I hope you are feeling a lot better and that your recovery at home is going well. Thank you so much for taking the time to give both our emergency care team and the staff on ward 7 this important feedback. Our staff do work incredibly hard every day, our standards are very high, departments are very busy and our teams want to do all they can to ensure that they not only provide excellent care but also exceptional caring. It sounds like we got this exactly right for you - your kind words will provide an important morale boost for all those involved in your care. If you would like to get in touch with me privately, so that staff can know who this lovely feedback has come from, my email is annie.laverty@nhct.nhs.uk Many thanks again for sharing your story, Annie
