Yet again the same old thing at the pharmacy. This is the second time in 9 months that I have made a complaint about the pharmacy at the treatment centre. Today my wife had appointment at the treatment centre, we arrived at 4.30 pm (4th november). I went in to see if the service had improved at the pharmacy, but to my disappointment I was told by a patient who was the only person sitting there that there was a 30 min waiting time. This was confirmed by one of the pharmacy staff. Why is this still happening after the last time I made a complaint about how cruel this is for the elderly and also people who are forced to sit about in a lot of pain waiting 30 minutes for a prescription? This I can not get my head round. There must be 6 or 7 staff behind the counter, so why do we have to wait so long for a prescription at this pharmacy? Very poor service Please read my post from february 2014
