"Staff were more than competent, upbeat and caring"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Trauma & Orthopaedics (Wards 1 & 5)

(as the patient),

All staff on ward 65 were excellent during my recent stay receiving an acdf operation.

All were more than competent, upbeat, caring and able to explain everything about the procedure very well.

Cleaner, nurses, surgeons and allied team members made me feel confident and like I was in the best place in the world to receive this operation.

Thank you

Dear Amber Road Jewellery

I noted your lovely comments above about the care you received, but I wondered if you meant to put in the Neurological Institute at the Southern General Hospital? We do not carry out this type of surgery at Hairmyres Hospital.

However, on behalf of the NHS, please accept my best wishes for your continued recovery from your surgery

Thanks

Susan
