I would just like to say that after getting a late appointment last week to have an Excision of Lesion behind my right ear today that all the staff from reception through to nurses, anesthetists and surgeons were incredibly polite, professional and very caring in the above apartment. Having had many operations over the years in numerous hospitals I'd just like to point out that in the space of 4 hours and having White Coat Syndrome this all in all was not too bad an experience for me personally, would not worry so much next time if I had to return. Most of all I would personally like thank the Nurse who from the minute I walked in never failed to keep me up to date and informed on all hospital protocol that is involved in such procedures. Also after the operation not only brought me food and coffee but explained all the aftercare services, follow up procedures in such a charming and professional manner. This service needs more and more people like her and the rest of the team around her and above her. Wishing you all a very very Happy Christmas and all the very best for the New Year
"Many thanks to all at the Oral and Maxillofacial..."
