Well, here we are at Christmas, 6 months efforts to try to do the most simple of things and book my mammogram appointment. Still not done. If the Chelsea and Westminster are capable of running a polite, friendly and efficient appointments system, then it highlights the inability of a hospital 200 hundred yards away to perform a simple task for a patient. This doesn't seem to halt the relentless self=promotion on the Marsden website. I am certainly not the only patient that has cause to complain.
"Still no resolution for simple mammogram check up."
