(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

1. Thank you for all the work you have been doing with the person and asking other professionals to see her too. We can see a real difference in staffs communication and her and we also see a real difference in the person herself.

We really appreciate all the work you have done with her.

2. Thank you for the support you have given us recently with the person it has really helped and we can see and improvement already. I have really appreciated what you have done to help us.

Thanks very much for leaving feedback! The speech and language therapy team really appreciate it and very pleased that we have been part of changing the way staff communicate with the person, and that this has gone on to make a big change in the person themselves!
