"Helpful and polite staff in CT scanning"

I would like to say once again I had to visit Norfolk & Norwich hospital but a different department - radiology - and once again, from having a hot drink in the cafe and entering outpatients it was another visit that put you at ease.

CT scan section were so helpful, polite, and put you at ease explaining the process what was going to occur. I found once inside the CT room the staff were so polite and professional and I was put totally at ease.
